How we came to be!
Community Bargain Hunter, Inc. was founded on the belief that our COMMUNITY needed a local marketplace. Given that, if a regular newspaper's pickup value is the articles, then a community marketplace publication's pickup value is the classifieds. What better way to ensure local classifieds than to offer them FREE or at very little cost. Why should you have to pay $50 to sell your item in the Daily Newspaper? Why should you have to spend all your hard earned Garage Sale money and time to the Daily Newspaper? Why should should it cost more for a weeks advertising than the revenue that advertising brings in?
It shouldn't be that way, and it isn't with Community Bargain Hunter, Inc.
How do we do it? We offer 5 FREE 1-week classifieds per household per week to the average consumer wanting to sell their house, boat, car, appliance, tv, antique or anything. Each week those FREE classifeds have to be renewed FREE of charge. Or if you do not want to have to remember or just want to save time, for only $3.00 your item will run until it is SOLD! We offer small upcharges for attention getters, and pictures.

Our Commercial advertisers subsidize the Community Marketplace! Thanks to them you can sell your item/s for little or no cost. Say thank you to them by stopping in their businesses, purchasing their products and services, and telling them you saw them in Community Bargain Hunter. The majority of our commercial advertisers are local community members, small business owners, and just as interested in growing our community too!
